Dynamo Dresden sign Cameroonian international Wansi

German 2nd Bundesliga club Dynamo Dresden has completed the signing of Cameroonian striker Daniel Jules Oscar Wansi. The 22-year-old, a versatile player who can play in center attack or as a right winger, will complete visa formalities this week to join his new team in the upcoming clashes against Eintracht Frankfurt and FC Cologne. Wansi, Cameroon's ?Footballer of the Year 2001?, who last season played with Dubai's Al Nasr Sports Club, signed a one-year loan deal with East Germany's most popular club.

China's dream of winning their first Asian Cup were dashed on Saturday by defending champions Japan, who won their third continental title with a 3-1 victory in Beijing. China beat Iran after a dramatic penalty shoot-out at Beijing Workers' Stadium to set up an intriguing Asian Cup final meeting with defending champions Japan.
